Work for what you want. Things won't just fall into your lap. You don't live in a romantic comedy where the guy gets the girl and the dream job without so much as lifting a finger. Work towards achieving your drams. Hard works pays off. And when hard work does pay off, you accomplishments mean so much more.

You can do it.

We see this all too often. And sometimes I'm guilty of this exact thing. I've made a promise to spend more time with the things that matter in my life outside of work. I urge you to do the same or, before you know it, you'll be too old to enjoy your life if there is even anything left to enjoy. You should never be too busy for what you love!

Not just today. Make all week amazing. Make every day ridiculously amazing.

I've been running into a lot of obstacles lately. This might be the pep talk I need to overcome them...

When I was 17, I read a quote that went something like: "If you live each day as if it was your last, someday you'll most certainly be right." It made an impression on me, and since then, for the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?" And whenever the answer has been "No" for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something.
